This in-presence course gives participants a full introduction to Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) with R. Throughout, the course follows an ideal-typical research process, placing emphasis on questions of research design and the interpretation of analytical findings. The course will draw on a variety of exercises and applied examples from across the social sciences, to enable participants to conduct their own QCA studies by the time they complete the course.
