Site Coordinators

The site coordinator solicits funding from the host institution and is the primary point of contact between the organizing committee and venue, and is responsible for all aspects of conference setup and execution. They work closely with the venue staff and event vendors to coordinate the practical details of hosting the conference. From arranging hotel reservations and catering to signage and seating to audio-visual equipment setup, our site coordinators ensure that AQCA runs smoothly and that attendees have a seamless experience.
