Over the last decade, there has been a significant increase in interest in set-analytic methods in management research, notably Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) and configurational thinking. As in previous years, the Academy of Management (AoM) annual conference featured a comprehensive workshop (PDW) titled ‘CONFIGURATIONAL ANALYSIS IN MANAGEMENT RESEARCH: ADVANCES IN QCA METHODOLOGY AND APPLICATIONS‘.

Anna Sławik did a wonderful job of organizing it this year.
