This two-day online course introduces programming and data analysis in R and requires no prior knowledge. Participants learn to import, clean, transform, subset, and merge data. They also learn basic statistical tools such as group comparisons and OLS regression. The course closes with an introduction to data visualization with ggplot2 and reproducible reports with R Markdown.
