I am an assistant professor for management at the Jackstaedt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research at the University of Wuppertal and a lecturer for innovation management at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS). I received my PhD in Management and Economics from the University of Zurich in 2015. From 2010 till 2016 I worked as a research and teaching assistant and later as a Post-Doctoral researcher at the University of Zurich (Chair for Empirical Research in Business, Industrial Relatins and HRM and Swiss Leading House for Economics of Education).
My research covers areas such as innovation systems, organizational configurations, organzational innovations, HRM and Economics of Education. In my research projects I use quantitative and set-theoretic methods (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) and combine them in mixed/multi method research designs.
